Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

1 round steak (approximately 1 1/2 pounds)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and peppercrock pot swiss steak
All-purpose flour, for dusting
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (14-1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, cut into strips
1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips

 

Directions:

Crock Pot Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1  can (6-1/2 oz.) crabmeat or 1 cup fresh or frozen crabmeat, thawed and Crock Pot Crab Dipdrained
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 package Vegetable recipe mix
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in 1-1/2-quart slow cooker. Cook covered on HIGH 2 hours. Stir before serving.
